Terms of Service
Draft — for review
These Terms of Service are a draft provided for review. They are not yet published legal copy. Have them reviewed by a qualified advisor before publication.
1. The service
Who's Blocking Me?, a working brand of 32AiM Technologies, offers a website reachability review service. We investigate whether a website may be unreachable from certain networks or affected by filtering restrictions, and we help explain and, where appropriate, prepare correction requests.
2. No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee that any specific provider will change how it treats your website. Third-party filtering decisions remain under the control of the relevant provider. Our role is to review available signals and help you pursue a resolution.
2.1 Limitations of our tests
Tests are limited to available networks and signals. We cannot observe every network, device, or security product, and findings reflect the information available to us at the time of review.
3. Your responsibilities
By submitting a request, you confirm that you own the website in question or are authorized to request a review on the owner's behalf, and that the information you provide is accurate.
4. No professional advice
Information provided through the service is general in nature and is not legal advice. For legal questions, consult a qualified attorney.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 32AiM Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
